"Very nice place with beautiful decor and ambiance. Location of the restaurant is in the heart of restaurant and shopping district which is very convenient. Portions could definitely be bigger. Price is the same you would probably spend in NY or Chicago for slightly bigger portions. Overall a very nice and clean establishment. Good food. We called in and were assured meats and all menu items are halal, confirmed it when arrived once again. Food is 3.7-4.2 stars, location is 5 stars."

"We went at lunch time. They had a special for Monday through Friday, during lunch hours, to receive an appetizer, entree, and dessert for $11.95. Everything was great. We will for sure be back."

"My experience at this Piada was first amazing with the gentlemen upfront being very nice and helpful and just amazing customer service overall. But sadly it immediately changed once to the person on cashier he is just complaining about work and completely distracted in front of customers holding up the line . Seems to be new but already seems rude and gave the wrong checks out . Tried to get my actual check but was just given some random doordash one instead . Sad to see such good customer service paired with a bad end experience.05/31/23 7:25 pm"

"I thought Panera was making an effort to change for the better. This is the semi new Panera on Morse Rd. Across from Easton Town Center. Absolutely terrible. I likely won't go to a Panera again . The smallest, overpriced Mediterranean Bowl with 2 pieces of chicken in it. Not even an appetizer size. I asked if this was all there is for 10.99 and she says Yes. My friend ordered a 6.99 salad and it was much larger although still looked pathetic. Now I know."
