"Gave it 2 stars since the Trompo tacos were actually decent this far up north, but I had a bad experience due to Maria and her horrible customer service after she was getting agitated with me cause I laughed that they were trying to keep 10 USD for a Menudo I didn't get. Here's what happened DATE:01/08/23AMT: 41.00 USDMerchant: Trompo TaqueriaSynopsis: The server Maria stated that same night that only a manager could give a refund. She said to return on 01/10/23 when the manager would be present. I showed up that day, and the manager wasn't there. The same server Maria stated that the manager would just issue a refund directly to the card, but it's been over 19 days and have not been given a refund, and I can not contact anyone at the establishment."

"Everything was delicious. Clean environment and easy to order and dine-in. Hispanic Music in the background, decent selection too. Recommend the Bacon Burger (It 's a double patty with Trompo. Decent price at $12+tax fries and drink included. My other party members chose a Fajita Burrito and the other one got the 10 Trompo Tacos for $10 They have Taco Happy Hour from 3PM-6-PM Dollar Trompo Tacos any quantity. Trust me, you won 't be able to just sample them. Their Trompo Bowl is also a meal I 've been told is worth trying (I didn 't, but I will my next visit!"

"Really like this place, doesn't hurt that I live right around the corner. Burgers are pretty good (double meat w/cheese) and fries are mostly pretty good. Only negative I can really point to is that the drive thru can take foreverrrrr sometimes. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back"

"So most of the time this Jack In The Box is pretty on point, I recently ordered the new Roost Fries and substituted curly fries, they tasted great but had not one piece of chicken on them, which they come with. I went in the next day, and had a good attitude with them about the situation and they took care of me in return. They made me a whole new order of the spicy Roost Fries and loaded them up with chicken, they tasted amazing, 10 out of 10. I believe I heard the girl who took care of my order say Anette when she went to the back to speak to the manager on duty about the mishap. So props to Anette and the 2 girls working with her for making the situation right. I really appreciate it."
