"Very disappointed, came here because we love going to the Gaithersburg location, but this place is small, no more than 10 tables, the place was semi full and I was not even acknowledged when I came in, stood there for 10 mins no one greeted me and the staff looked like they didn’t care. Needless to say after waiting decided to take my business elsewhere. Will not be coming back."

"I walked in to place my order. There are menus on the left when you enter. This is a small alcove, the cashier was inside. From what I could see, the location is clean and well maintained inside. Outside is a bit disorderly looking.The prices are are marked out. I ordered the Spicy Maki Combo after asking for recommendations. The price to order online from here is $18.75. My total was $17.60 after tax.I'd say the entree was average. The soup had more flavor though than the rolls. Also, the rolls were not spicy. There was enough Wasabi though, at first it seemed to be less than there actually was.I tried to justify 4 stars, but have to go with 3 after completing my thoughts here.This is probably the McDonald's of sushi?For local comparison, Rainbow was better but they closed when Lotte closed. Wegmans is actually worse. Their rice was stale or not properly prepared. I am on low carb so limit how much rice I eat. I prefer a couple of rolls every now and then, as take out. I will look into other options before considering this location again."

"Bland overnight food that's just been reheated, and grossly overpriced for the quality given. How can they charge 4 things for $50 and give something that taste so bland? Seriously disappointed, ended up not sitting to well with my stomach afterwards as well. The only good thing was the dumplings that they didn't fully defrost, so you know it wasn't made by them. House of fortune has always been my favorite place since I was a kid, fond memories with my family, but they"

"I cannot say enough good things about the delicious food I had there!!!! I had a large jerk chick with beans rice and callalou which is Jamaican style collards. Everything is from scratch and perfectly seasoned and the portions are beyond ample. DISCLAIMER: Authentic jerk is made with scotch bonnet peppers and is supposed to be spicy. If you don't like spicy food you don't order the jerk!!!! Thank you JMC!!!"

"Food was delicious but service needs work. I called and placed my order at 6 pm. They said 20 minutes, I Showed up at 630, food still not ready. At 640 they give me my food. I get home and it's the wrong order. I called and had to go back to exchange the order they have me for my correct order. Didn't get to eat until 7. I only like 2 minutes away. I had the chicharron with yuca, pupusas with chicharron and queso and pupusas with queso. The food was great, service needs"
