"Our auto repair shop (Precision Auto) in Germantown MD had a team luncheon and Mission Barbecue delivered it right to us. Everything in the order was correct and they included plates, silverware, serving utensils and tableclothes. They made it incredibly easy. The food was delicious, as always. I had talked with the manager, Dennis, when placing the order and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He gave me some great suggestions based on his experience and he was spot on.We will surely be recommending them to others for any type of party or company gathering."

"Finally had the opportunity to sit down and taste some of Picca's goodies. Went with a fam of 4. Such a fam friendly atmosphere thank God. Everyone was very attentive. Actually, felt like we were in their home. And the best part, the food and margaritas were delish!!"

"I have been coming here since I was in high school. Over 10 years ago. Not like it used to be. It was bad the last couple times but given the benefit of the doubt. Place is still dirty and falling apart. Customer service has always been just ok. Definitely not worth $4 a bagel definitely not coming back"

"I would give 4 stars just because the manager was very nice to me but otherwise, my server was in a world of her own, and as for the food, don't ever order the French onion soup, it was horrible. Also, the sirloin steak didn't have much flavor since it seemed overcooked."

"Order to App. I came before the estimated time. In 5 minutes behind the estimated time, I refreshed the app. The order was still in progress and I had not received an email update. I went in to ask the status. My order was on the shelf, it was on time. I did not receive an update because the staff did not update the status. The order was as expected. I live a few minutes. The food temperature would have been acceptable if the order no longer wait 5 minutes for me to ask about it."
