"Food was delicious but the service was below average. The waitress serving us was probably new there. She didn't know much about the GF options. We forgot to order the sides with the mains but the waitress didn't ask or remind us about the sides. When the mains was served and we realized that we did not order the sides, we thought it might be good to just ask for some extra bread. That bread never came. Also , there was mins gap between the mains and dessert"

"What a delightful and intimate place Lilies on Brougham is! One would think you are walking through France. Interesting and unique giftware, fabulous fashion at reasonable prices and great coffee. All surrounded by a little French garden. Treat yourself."

"Doesn 't disappoint. The food was really good, staff recommended me their best dish 'Fajita ' and fishbowl fruit tingle, it was amazingly good. I think the place is under new management or something, the food taste much better. Recommend to other young fallas out there wanting to have a good time out with friends."

"I don't normally leave bad reviews for one instance of an issue. But this was the 3rd time in a row we had issues with delivery service of Bundoora branch within last few months. This time our order arrived 50min after the app notifed that the order is picked up and it's on its way. Our place is only 8min from the shop. I called the shop 10 min before we receive the order. After several times calling, they finally answered the phone and said the order was picked up ages ago but the driver said he only picked it up 10min ago. Also the drink was missing from our order with obviously cold pizzas. I called the branch several times but no one picked up. Last 2 times the orders were cancelled without receiving any notification from the app or receiving any call (not sure if it's the app glitch or the branch). Both times, I called the branch 40-50min after submitting the order to follow up and they simply said that they didn't have their delivery person and had to cancel the order. Please DO NOT accept delivery service if you cannot provide it or let the customer know when you cancel the order. People plan on their dinner. It's embarrassing in front of guests after waiting for one hour to say, you have to wait for another hour to order food from somewhere . In one case no other place was open to order food and our guests had to leave without dinner."

"Best coffee in Eltham! We are hooked. Donuts are also amazing they fill them on the spot with your choice of Nutella, jam or custard. I know it's going to be a good day if I start off with a cappuccino and a small...Nutella donut!!!"

"We booked online. We arrived early but that was not a problem. We were seated and offered a drink. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. (Our French is not very good) The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend."

"Coffee is pretty decent albeit expensive. Standard desserts and treats the same sort you get at every other cafe. <br/ <br/ Fairly extensive menu with basic foods. The zucchini fritters are quite nice ingredients were fresh but not a great deal going on flavour wise."

"My little girl has celiac so this was a little jewel to come in our local area. The owner and several employees have celiac disease. While the café is not completely gluten-free, there are so many breakfast and lunch options available, all possible measures are taken to avoid cross-contamination and the staff is so knowledgeable and makes us very safe food there. All their cakes are also gluten-free and milk-free. The only slight disadvantage was that unfortunately their pommes are not gluten-free, but they were at the beginning to let us know without having to ask a million questions and fortunately there were so many other options that it really went unnoticed by the children. Nice RECOMMENDATIONS!"
