"CiCi's, as it was before: It's been 2-3 years since I paid a visit to CiCi's, the last time I found overwhelming the whole place, not the cleanest restaurants I was in, and the selection of pizza was quite varied, but there was no polish on the presentation. I suppose Skoruffy would describe his overall picture. CiCi is at my last visit: A total change of venue, clean and neat food presented as if someone actually cared for, the staff present was very polite and helpful. This was the late evening at the weekend, and I was royally impressed. It's easy to criticize someone's efforts in providing a service, I like to see clean tables and cutlery hate sloppy appearance of staff when I pay what they are for the meal I order. Let me say so much, the new management team has it right, whoever they are, now refine your efforts and won't be by just a few customers at your tables. When the word comes out, people will learn not to be too laborious in their judgment of their services premises. But you have to do your part too. I'll be back tonight, see if you really mean what you showed me so far. Four stars see how you impress me the next time. Thank you for your remarkable efforts."

"These guys are the best. Food was amazing and had a mess up not on them but on me. They helped me out and sent the food out again. Will always order from them again. The love from this store is awesome."

"Online ordering is down. Waited on hold 20 min to order no one ever answered. I?ve gone for curbside pick up on two separate occasions and the wait time was longer than the guarantee. They were supposed to give me a coupon for a free pizza both timesbut that never happened?. Customer service is non existent. Food is usually decent. Occasionally very greasy or over cooked."

"11:19 began quality check. Its now 11:33. It takes 5 seconds to make sure its correct. Delivery should have started at 11:20. My order should be here already, I live 5 minutes away. Very poor."

"Loved the Mushroom Swiss Burger and fries. Food came out fast, fresh and hot. Very friendly/family oriented. Pleasant environment and just love those booths. Large/plenty of seating for a group of family/friends. Makes it cozy and to help cut down background noise. Love the décor. I recommend Noralli's to others and I'll return again soon."

"The food was great! I loved the Parmesan Crusted Meatball Pepperoni Papadia. the Garlic Knots were on point! AND most importantly the dasher was wonderful. it was still so hot when we received it we had to wait for it to cool down a bit."

"If I could give zero stars I would, walked in, asked for 2 slices of pizza. And the guy grabs a half of pizza that looks like it had been sitting out for hours (cheese already melted and was sitting in the display Cheese is dry, like you can see it was cold and he just threw Pepperoni on it. I stopped him right there. Like you're not about to feed me something that you made 4 hours ago that's been sitting out in the open for everyone cough/burp/sneeze all over.This establishment is utterly gross and unsanitary. NEVER EAT HERE!!!"
