"We visited here pre Covid restrictions and were keen to return when restrictions lifted. First return was a day in June when could eat outside and not indoors. So ordered meal and because it was sunny outside decided to move to benches area for meal. Meal good but discovered when sun went down meal suffered in eating. So this time booked table 5.30pm on a Friday evening. After looking online there was an early bird menu but on arrival only main menu presented. Would be better if early bird menu was not advertised online. Anyway shown to booth seating area we really enjoyed our meal. Food was presented well and piping hot. Chicken stack was out of this world tasty. Would definitely recommend if passing or living in area."

"We had heard about cafe vic-ryn and their excellent food so as soon as it reopened we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed the quality of the food and the service was second to none. We had the special of the...day which was seafood chowder. It was excellent, plenty of fish and deliciously creamy and the free top ups of coffee were especially welcome. We intend to visit again and try another dish on their extensive menu. Compliments to the chef and the staff."
