"Highly recommend this place! Every dish was perfect. The noodles were delicious and full of flavor, but not salty like lot of other places. We ordered the Couple's lung, Dan Dan Noodles, Cucumber Salad, and the Blanket Noodles. We'll definitely be back!"

"I visited her Honolulu site for my first lunch here, I tried her Nikutama udon along with shrimps, fish cake and tamago tempura on the side. The Udon noodles come in regular and large sizes. To get your food, this restaurant works in a Cafeteria Esque style, where you can get together and order your food. Immediately they begin to cook the food right in front of the eyes and ask if you like the tempura bits and the green onion. After you get your noodles, choose your desired tempura on the page and then go to pay. Water and utensils are on the side. The Nikutama Udon came with sweet beef similar to meat you 'd fine in a typical Gyudon, an onsen tamgo (soft boiled egg), and their special BK sauce. Slurping my first mouthful of noodles, I was happy to find how chewing and thick the noodles were. I didn't expect less freshly made noodles. The soup was rich and full of Umami and the sauce really helped to emphasize the taste. Beef was soft and well marinated. The Onsen-Tomago was interesting while it looked a lot like a poached egg, the white had a surprisingly thin skin that burst with my spoon after a fast prod. This made the egg a particularly easy eating experience. The tempura was also delicious. The dough was light and the shrimps were decent. The fish cake and the egg were also quite tasty. Overall, this was a delicious experience and I would recommend it if you like high quality Udon noodles outside Japan!
