"Food is excellent, gustatotory and visually, just brilliant and worthy of more stars. Service was impeccable, friendly and very authentic. The accoustics in the small dining room make you feel like in Grand Central Station, loud and chaotic. The poor auditory experience was a major let down and it felt that in our group of 6 we had to shout at each other. Sadly this was so irritating that I would not to visit again. The chef Mr Hensen shrugged off my feedback stating that "there is always something thats not perfect" and that he'd been running the place for 25 years. Not an attitude I expected, I will not share feedback, which was presented politely and was well meant, with him again. From a restaurant with a star, I expect more auditory comfort and more willingness to listen to feedback."

"Das Essen beim Porto in Himmerich ist ok, keine Frage. Zu den aufgerufenen Preisen darf man aber besseres erwarten. Der Service ist hier und da etwas hölzern. Trotzdem, das Lokal ist immer sehr gut besucht, anscheinend macht man vieles richtig. Trotzdem, es ist steigerungsfähig, zumal es in der Umgebung weitere Portugiesen gibt die es in Sachen Qualität und Einfallsreichtum besser können."
