"The location is a little hidden from the beaten stretch, but it is worth finding out from the way. decor is clean, comfortable and modern looking, with plenty of space for tables around the bar. At the moment they offer only a lunch menu,...from 12 3pm or 12 5pm depending on the weekday. for the starter we had charred mackerel, who came with saphir, tintenfisch and a white-wound gel. the makrele was well boiled and the vinegar gel helped cut out from the saphir by the oiliness of the makrele and salty notes. the mains were garlic and crimped gnocchi and fishcake. the gnocchi had a lot of taste and was served with earthy wild mushrooms and a homemade pesto. the fish cake had a good amount of fish in relation to the potato. it was served with a runny poached ei, wild spinat and a buerre blanc. for dessert I had lemon meringue pie, it was served in a deconstructed style. Lemon curd was complemented by a high quality meringue and torn puff pasty. my friend had the chocolate tart. quenelle from a chocolate goose, were served with a salted caramel, baked and popcorn. the popcorn worked very well as it was another type of texture. the chocolate could have been a bit softer, as it was a bit too firm as it must be stored in the freeze cabinet, but one was a room temperature and it started to soften, but it was a small problem as the aromen complemented. they have only recently begun to do food and at the moment, since word has not yet been killed, so they can easily grasp a table. However, if they maintain the high standards of eating and presentation, it would not surprise me at all that it will not take long before they have to book a table. I would definitely return, great food and the staff were very friendly."
