"We came with a company of 6 people at 21:00 and they were ages to bring food. Innsbruck is a bit of a strange city overall, as the restaurants closes at 23:00. Anyway with 6 people, starters, mains and desserts, that takes more than two...hours, so when we got closer to 23:00 the waiter looked more and more tight up and actually instead of asking for desserts, he gave us the complimentary Limoncello as a it is time for you to leave message. They never mentioned at the reservation, that we have to leave at a certain time, so we found it a bit unfriendly. Anyway the food was ok, but absolutely not great. Great wine though."

"I did not rate this restaurant very poor. The restaurant is in a great location beside the hofgarten, is in a lovely modern building with parasols and comfy seating and serves excellent food at good prices. Our family had a Mediterranean vegetable risotto, tomato and mozzerela gnocchi, and a very interesting mango, coconut and lentil gnocchi, all of which were delicious. I had the mango gnocchi and while it was a new taste experience and I enjoyed it, I wouldn't come back time and again.But why the poor rating, you ask? Well, the staff were extremely rude. The reviews citing lack of professional management are most certainly correct. The waiter was very abrupt to start with. Then my mango gnocchi arrived 20 MINS after the other dishes, by which time the others had finished. The staff offered a free measly green salad as an apology, but we didn't want it - we wanted the money back for the late dish.It was clear the restaurant was understaffed; piles of dirty dishes were stacked at the entrance to the kitchen and the staff were frantic. Is this my problem?! No. When we tried to pay and ask for the money back on our dish, the waiter was rude and sarcastic. He asked us; "So you want me to pay for your dish?!" We were then told the problem was in the kitchen and not the waiters fault, so he wouldn't pay. Well, we told him that it wasn't our fault either and we wouldn't pay. However we were told that we ate the dish so would have to pay for it. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUSLY RUDE AND ONE OF THE WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCES I HAVE HAD. The bill came to €45.70. We reluctantly paid €45, but the waiter demanded the 70c. This was the cherry on the cake.Despite its good points, I advise you to avoid this restaurant at all costs."

"The local is small and compact and uses the available space as optimal as possible to offer many seating positions. even if this is already well filled locally, it is worth talking to the friendly staff. it will quickly find a place. On the menu you will find many classic and also unusual variants of pizza. salate are also in the program. pasta there are no (we would not have been looking for it).The portions are generous, the prices are very favorable for it. the staff is exceptionally friendly, the foods are from the wood stove in no time at the table.The waiting times are average when we were in the local, was just lunchtime and the locally as well as full. However, we will try to get her away from the main meal times to see if it is a bit calmer."
