"When the meat is finished from the cow's soup, it should be sold with a reduced price. It's a demolition to load $10 for soup water and dumplings without meat. This is the least you can do for your loyal customers. And also, it is disrespectful to serve someone cold soup!! The owner is not cordial to customers when it is behind the counter. She plays as if she forgets who keeps her company's doors open. The favorable situation is why I go back, but they can be much better!! Also you need to start salt fish and butter beans daily as you used to"

"We went party of 8. Not a warm welcome. Messed order twice. Took back the food and replated the dish. Had to ask for salad dressing, condiments etc. 3 stars for food minus 2 stars for the hospitality. ????????"

"This is the first place I tasted African cuisine. I'm not a big carnivore, but my first dish was the spicy goat with beaten Yam and Jollof Reis. This time I did not want meat so that they made the necessary adjustments to satisfy my request. I really appreciate customer service."

"Came here craving soup I asked the lady if there was any dumplings she said yes then I asked for no meat I got nothing but meat and 0 dumplings , she basically gave me the opposite of everything I asked for then when I asked for a beef patty she kissed her teeth and gave me attitude. What's wrong with Golden Krust employees? Are they that miserable?"

"Edit: Came here tonight. Very fun Saturday night out. Great music and lots of dancing. Will return. Original: I have tried various items on the menu and each one was delicious and authentic Caribbean food. The staff are very attentive and warm. Amrita served us and she was a doll. Andrew behind the bar was awesome too. I noticed the staff interacting with patrons, ensuring that everyone was enjoying themselves, something that I find particularly rare in other Caribbean spots. The atmosphere is welcoming and the overall vibe in here is great. They play a good mix of music, with something for all ages. My group had people of all ages (from 20 year olds to 60 years olds) and we all thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit. It's great to see young Guyanese entrepreneurs doing it right! Mouth watering food. Excellent service. It's a vibe. If you have not been, or tried their food, give them a try! Support local businesses! Look forward to coming back soon!
