"For one pizza breadstick and a small pasta it took 1 hr 30 and the food was not good. I called and the manager said he was sorry bc he had drivers cooking the food and they didn't know how to. He promised me a refund to turn around and tell me it could t be refunded only store credit. I don't want store credit bc I don't want to order from yall again . Needless to say we won't be ordering from there again ."

"Ok the hand tossed pizza is amazing, let's be honest jet's is known for deep dish.... but the deep dish is just OK it's just everywhere else sucks so comparatively great, but overall OK... the freaking hand tossed pizza holy hell it's amazing better than other $30+ pizza's I have eaten, also the thin crust is pretty fking good"

"I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Jet's Pizza on Jiles Road in Kennesaw proves that good customer service has been thrown out of the window. When I walked into the store to pick up my order I had to greet the customer service rep. she did not speak to me. When I got home I found that my food looked and tasted as if it was a day old. I called the next day to speak to the manager and he certainly did not care. He told me there was no way my food could look or taste as if it was a day old. He told me that it was because, I didn't pick up the food until 5:44pm when my ticket said pick up at 5:15pm he stated that was almost a hour ago. I told him that I called to speak to manager not to argue but, I actually thought he would care. He stated he is the manager and good bye. I order from them on a regular basis mostly on the Uber Eats app.. I have also called their store directly and placed big orders over $80 always tipping the driver well. This order was only a little over $30 so, I wasn't calling to get over on them. I was not complaining just to complain I was truly unsatisfied and tried to give them the opportunity to make it right. It's unfortunate that I didn't matter as a customer I am a pizza person and in Georgia Jet's Pizza was one of my favorite stores however, I refuse to order where my business is not appreciated. I will never order from Jet's Pizza again because of this incident."

"We have been regular customers at this Johnny's for over 20 years, great pizza, the best anywhere! Great Italian subs, oven-heated with a Greek salad and a cold draft makes for a great lunch! The service has always been very good, also has an outside patio with weather permitting. This location is good, plenty of parking, near downtown Kennesaw, KSU, and I-75. Highly recommend for causal dining and family members."

"Are the dasher I have to say waiting over 15 minutes to then be told that I'll be waiting another half hour because they're currently an hour and 15 minutes behind on schedule. This place is inexcusably understaffed and the franchise owner should know better."

"Pizzas that custom-made for the client in less than 15 minutes. We had the Lucy Sunshine pizza with extra cheese and fresh mushrooms. It was ready in no time and SOOOOOOO delicious!! Can't wait to eat there again!!"

"I rarely eat marcos pizza. They're not too easy to find and I usually find a different pizza that's closer. I tried marcos again and I regret it. I got two mediums. Both were literally dripping with grease. Photo included. I could literally tap the surface of my pizza and see the grease ripple. Just why?"
