"We stopped off for dinner on the way to the Harry Potter studio tour after seeing reviews on here. We were not disappointed. It was very busy but the staff were very attentive and the food was fantastic so it didn’t affect us at all....I would definitely recommend. I am just disappointed we hadn’t given ourselves enough time to have pudding."

"We chose to go to The Boot last minute for Saturday lunch, we live not too far away but have not visited for a while. We arrived at 3.30 not realising that the kitchen shuts at 4.00 but Matt, who welcomed us, couldn’t have be more welcoming and friendly and sat us down with no issue. The food was amazing (sausage and mash and pie of the day) and the pub has lovely friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely be back soon and highly recommend a visit for everyone!"

"Went for dinner last night with my husband, really lovely place, friendly staff and the food was fantastic! Will definitely be returning. Portions are enormous though, order with caution, we were so stuffed we almost had to roll ourselves home"

"My man and I came during a stay in a local hotel to harvester in garston. it was a Sunday night and we just wanted a simple meal. I have to say now that I haven't been harvesting for more than five years since our last visit was so terrible, but we were back convinced, as we had little other choice in the opposite. the covid limited salatable means that they can no longer serve their own food, their waiter must do this for them. we decided not to disturb us. However, they can have their own refill drinks, in the same opposite of the restaurant, which seemed quite strange. I ordered the simple huh and my man had a ripp. both meals were served quite quickly and the staff was nice enough. the restaurant is very tired, however, in the necessity of a renovation and lack of any character. we would have ordered dessert, but after waiting to delete our teller, we decided to get the bill. the food was in order, but I wouldn't return in a hurry."

"Went last Sunday after so many beautiful contributions to see about eating! we were certainly not disappointed, our expectations were even exceeded. the only carvery we were (and this is a couple) that for children, vegetarian, adult, pedestrian eater, big eater the amount! (the only thing missing was a carvery option for vegetarian children who did not mean a full-priced adult meal, but she suffocated with the no meat child option). the eating was amazing, the personal super and we especially loved what they did with the pub, decor at point! soon back"
