"Wide range lunch menu - salads, pasta chicken, boudin noir, wok , salmon - varies from day to day. No service to tables at lunch- be prepared to line up and wait a while - I assure you it will be worth it. Very friendly staff - (maybe they were amused by my school French ?) ; even the lady at the cashier always made sure to say ' bon appetit' with a smile :). The BIG thing on top of the ever so nice personnel was the huge outdoor terrace - so please make sure you book in advance if you want to enjoy your lunch outdoors enjoying the sun. They even provide you with 'hay hats' to protect your face from the strong Alpine sun while you eat. A popular place - so do book in advance ! Cost for 5 persons / meals + desserts + water bottles + a small bottle of wine around 95euros."

"We had ski trip to Serre Chevalier and found this local company, run by Rick Carol, making the best restaurant quality food, delivered to your door, that I have ever tasted. The portion size and packaging made it super easy to reheat and the price was quite incredible for the quality and quantity. The food arrived bang on time, delivered by Carol. The menu selection really gives you a taste of the local mountain fayre as well as more international style dishes but for my money you can't beat the local grub and the classic French dishes. Ten out of ten from me, I really hope the business goes from strength to strength as Rick is a great chef."

"We had to wait for over an hour for a very ordinary meal.The two waiters were relatively friendly, and to their excuse the place was full. But we did watch several tables, who arrived after us, get served and actually get their desert before we had got our main course.More staff needed in ski season!"

"Plats à la carte excellents. Les viandes cuites au feu de bois parfaitement. Les plats sont parfumés et épicés de façon originale. Mention spéciale pour les raviolis (momos)!! Et pour ne rien gâcher l'accueil est très sympa."

"It's a bit like a pop-up bar but has a buzzy atmosphere as it is right beside the ticket office, gondola and ski hire shop and is the haunt of the ESF ski instructors. Fine for an apres beer or vin chaud."
