"Decent experience. eating was average, but again the service was hardly functional. some employees have great customer commitment and unfortunately I have someone who had no business in the pick-up window today. everyone has a personality....is the personality of the person interacting with their customers reflecting their expectations? did someone train these people? I don't say they're badly hired, but maybe they're not right for every position. I have often been with the jordan mcdonald and interacted with a lot of their employees and that was a good and consistent experience. a pulse is a prerequisite for a birth certificate....the cash for a customer service employee should be set much higher."

"The only complaint was the oysters were very tiny with too much of a salty taste. They were not very good at all in comparison with many other restaurants of lower quality service. The service was fine. The atmosphere was very nice. The cost was a bit higher than most but everything else was to contentment."
