"We don’t have these fast food places near where we live in WA, so decided to try one out for a quick late dinner on the way to our hotel. I have to say that this place had the absolute friendliest customer service we’ve ever had at a fast food establishment. While we were looking at the menu, we were asked by no less than four employees if they could help us. My husband ordered his burger plain (he doesn’t like mustard), and after we were seated, waiting for our food, an employee came out to the dining area to ask if he’d like his burger with mayo. Unexpected, but very thoughtful of that employee. The food was decent for fast food and a fair price.If the staff are that attentive and friendly at every Whataburger, I can see why it’s so popular (it was fairly crowded at 10 pm on a Sunday). Great job to everyone at #785!"

"Our pancakes were not cooked in the middle. it was literally still laborious. the hatebrowns were gummy and tasted as if they had been prepared for hours before. I ordered a burger with one beyond fleshpatty and they brought me a regular burger. the waiter tried to accuse the kitchen staff. there were three waiters and six tables and it took almost an hour to get our food. definitiw will not come back."
