"A great small place we stumbled in the centre of Les Deux Alpes. It is served during the day as a delicacies dinner and a restaurant for lunch/night. It sits only about twenty and feels like a family business. The menu... is refreshingly short and is essentially limited to what the shop sells, namely cheese and sausage products. We had an excellent raclette with a very inexpensive bottle of local wine. Given the local prices it seemed not expensive, but was better in quality than many of the other places we visited."

"This store is a rare find. It serves the best hot chocolate that I tasted and accompanied with a slice of the "Kissen des Hauss" was an explosion of the senses. Explore the city in a skiing holiday this shop is a must for everyone. I bought my husband a box of homemade chocolates and chose me from a mouthwatering selection of dishes high with amazing treats and all with the help of the owner. Your husband makes the chocolates and the business has been in his family since 1960. Tremendous Service. They also offer a service to send chocolates through the post. Don't miss it!"

"Sadly very disappointing. My friends and I had been looking forward to a nice final dinner of our ski trip. The restaurant is well situated and is a nice building with fire tables etc. so we were looking forward to the dinner. The food was very disappointing. You could tell the poor quality of ingredients. Considering our hungry, tired, battered and bruised we were from a week skiing it is amazing that we didn’t enjoy the food. The beer was a good price, but other than this everything was very disappointing. Hearing the staff swearing to each other want amazing either."

"We stumbled on L’Igloo on our last night, wow what an amazing place. Wish we had found this sooner! Fab bar, with great atmosphere. The burgers are brilliant, served in style with great imagination. Had to squeeze a desert in for my daughter, looked like...a Masterchef Winning Entry so much more than a cheesecake that we thought we had ordered. Friendly and attentive staff. Make sure you book."
