"The injera was pillowy and spongy, and the combination of meats, vegetables and lentils was savory and scrumptious. We added a salad to the side, which added a nice acidic contrast to the richness of the sauces. Something that I had never had before with...Ethiopian food were the eggs, hard boiled and served in the sauces. I loved them. [hidden link]"
