"It was a very busy day. There were challenges for the staff: a register has stopped taking credit cards. There was a larger than expected run on Bagels and a large amount. But through everything the staff worked together and could smile. Our soft salami sandwich was wonderful. I feel very strong that when a staff works together during an extremely busy time, they will also be exemplary in routine days."

"Yes there are new owners and it’s a new restaurant now BUT they definetly give you a taste of home. The owners were so nice to us and it’s family run. I think this will be a new up and coming hole in the wall spot very soon! They treated us like family and made sure we were well fed. The service is still being worked on. This is all new to them DONT be afraid to ask for more sides/sauces/veggies etc. they’re not mean about it or stingray at all. I can’t wait to come back in a couple weeks and see the new stuff they do!"

"The restaurant could not find my Open Table reservation and it was short staffed which reflected the slow service. This is not the norm for this restaurant as we've been there several times. The food was wonderful. Upon leaving one of the hostess' advised me that they did (finally) find the reservation and my points were credited. One issue I have with 95% of restaurants in general is the noise level...bet I'm not the first to mention that."

"We stopped in during apple fest. Enjoyed the outdoor patio, had some awesome fish n chips with fries. Perfect setting for a perfect day. Highly recommend...just keep in mind that this historic group of shops/eateries is a busy hub, especially on weekends. Bring your good cheer and patience, and always be kind to the hardworking people serving you."

"I’m new to the area and I’ve been here three times, subpar service and I always get a wrap the problem is the same guy that does them always wraps it like a ball .. either he has no knowledge how to properly make a wrap or just doesn’t care. It’s frustrating that it has happened 3 times so it seems at this point go elsewhere. Learn how to make a wrap!"
