"Worst experience I have ever had with something like this. On top of absolutely nothing being done about people parking in reserved spots (I pay $40 a month and they never call the towing company when I ask for randoms in my spot to be towed) my boyfriends truck was STOLEN from the second floor of this garage last week and we have been contacting them for over a week with barely any response. The only time anyone ever got back to us was to say they were too busy to go through the cameras. No one cares to figure out when the truck was stolen find the culprit. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t expect your car or belongings to be safe here no matter how much you pay for parking. They only want your money!"

"It was good. On the cheaper side for lubbock Mexican food. But at the same time it was a smaller plate than normal as well. I got the 2 chicken floutas. They had a very good taste but where small. It was covered with guacamole to give it more flavor. The rice and beans that came with it where nice as well."

"Food was amazing. If you get the Sunday special future and khati khati the sauce that the chicken sauce has is the bomb! Fried African delight delicious. Rice has ton of flavor. We got regular but I wish I had ordered mild or hot but it was for my 6 and 9 year old. One dish can be shared with two people. The Ndole was different but worth a try. The collard greens have great taste. Haven't tried boiled plantains but it was pleasant combination together. Another thing to try is the imported beer."

"I don't like the fact that there are hours on Sunday. It could be open until 3 of a day or 1:30 the next. Or next time it will only be done. We all like the cowboys, but only close to satisfy the manager to have his own party. I just stop going there and finding more restaurants."

"If I could give zero stars, I would! Went in on Friday 8/18. There were only 2 other tables there, one had 2 ppl and the other had 3. This was absolutely not a peak time, it was after lunch hours. We were told multiple times, your food is almost done . Well, 45 minutes later we had to leave. I told our server we just couldn 't wait anymore. She goes to the kitchen window tells the cook Don 't make table 9, they don 't want their food . Um, excuse me, I did want our food. But, we didn 't have 2 hours to wait for two burgers an omelette. (I say 2 hours because that 's my estimate on how long it would have been based on how long we 'd already been waiting) We sat there that long and they hadn 't even started our order! I don 't know how our food was almost done when it hadn 't even been started. They charged us for our drinks, which I was ok with because we did drink them. I still tipped our server because I 'm not a jerk. I 'd really advise not going to this location unless literally everything else in Lubbock is closed, and I hope you 're not hungry if you do.P.S. I don 't like leaving negative reviews, but this was too much for me not to."
