The brisket was moist and flavorful, the sausage had a coarse texture and the right amount of spicy heat and the employees were helpful and kind. "I can't believe I never heard of this place. I took a few brisket teller today and they were delicious! tenderly flavored brisket, excellent beans served piping hot, delicious kartoffel salad served cold and some of the best jalapeno cornbread muffins I ever tasted. I am definitiw back. I have chased a good platelet of barbeque and this really hit the place."
