"This place is the real deal. the smell of the smoker is the best ambiente of all. the ripening, chili and bbq sauces were great. the ruin on the ribs was perfect, with a hauch of brown sugar w/ the seasoned. the meat had the perfect amount of tug. I hope they are able to scale because I see that popularity rises as soon as the word comes out. hopefully they offer more locally grown/bred meats in the future."

"I was at a reunion in Madison and was determined to get a brat and beer. The Brat Stand, a grill on the terrace of the Union, was just what the dr. ordered. The brat was juicy, perfectly grilled and topped off with sauerkraut, an ample meal for only $4.75. With a delicious amber beer, it was the perfect trip down memory lane."

"Great food, wonderful service. Even when they are packed to the gills I've never had short or rude interactions with anyone who works there. Brisket sandwich is out of this world. I've also had the ribs and rib tips without complaint. Also the mac and cheese ball is deliciously sinful (with their mustard there are no words). I really cannot recommend this place highly enough."
