"This restaurant, called El Sombrero #2, is far from the same. The cook in this restaurant is not the same as El Sombrero #1 I can not wait until it opens again! On Saturday for lunch and I have to say the food wasn't good as I remember. The chips where boiled, my Grande Burrito was too fat. And the Mexican hostess/student of the register, with a huge, ridiculous Mexican mustache, looked like a pervert. He just played with my friend who felt uncomfortable."

"I?ve had great experiences at Chipotle before but this time I WAS THE UNLUCKY CUSTOMER EATING A BUG. Not even a small bug, you can see in the picture that the head (which was all that was left over? and we couldn?t find the rest of the body in the bite I spit out) is about the size of a kernel of corn. This was a BIG bug I had unknowingly snacked on. I went to the register to see if I could get some help and all that was offered was a choice between a new burrito or a refund. I appreciate that I at least didn?t have to pay for my burrito but most of the time people get paid to eat a bug by their dumb friends, not be offered a free bug from Chipotle. This would have been a perfect opportunity to empathize with a poor traumatized customer who just ate a mysterious large bug with wings on behalf of her trust that Chipotle would deliver delicious food. I was looking for someone to say ?I can?t believe that happened to you! I would imagine you probably lost your appetite so let me get that refunded and also give you a card to get a free burrito on us when you?re ready to give us another chance.? But instead I was offered a free bug at Chipotle. If anyone can reach out to me about this and help improve Chipotle?s service recovery experience please respond!"

"Best Mexican restaurant I've been around and we found it by chance. Authentic and fresh every time, and we came over again and again while on holiday in Hermosa Beach. Small Space, and very cheap prices, Family run. Every meal is made at home and made with care. Very recommended! Can't go wrong to eat here."

"Love this place! I usually get the mini nachos with carné asada. It is large enough for 2 people. But, this last visit I got their carné asada taco with cilantro but no onions carnitas taco with guacamole. The carné asada was tender. There has been a time when it was dry tough. The carnitas was juicy tender, no complaints here. You get a side of chips with your order, except with the nachos. So if you're thinking of ordering a side of chips salsa, no need since you can grab all you need of salsa pico de gallo from the self serve salsa bar (hot, spicy, medium). They have Tapatío packets on the top shelf if you prefer. You also have your choice of beers, Pacifico, Tecaté, Modelo, and Corona. If you prefer soda, they have a self serve soda machine (Pepsi products). Overall, it's just a great place for a quick bite if you have a craving for Mexican food."
