"Would give a negative 10 if possible. Ordered a birthday cake, went on the day of pick-up at the time I was told to pick it up and it was during regular business hours. Door was locked, no answer at the door. I checked the next door and the attached business in the plaza advised me they (Boulangers) were inside. Very unprofessional and poor business skills. If they were unable to make the cake, they should have had the common decency to call me and tell me they were unable to do so. I had to frantically run around and luckily enough, the good people at dairy queen put together a cake for me just in time. This bakery should be put out of its misery and shut down for good. They never called me nor did they ever apologize. Absolutely shameful!!!!"
