"I will never eat here again. I asked for a sweet and sour chicken. I told the cashier exactly what I was looking for. When my meal was made, I was really confused. It didn't look like what I wanted, and didn't taste like what I wanted, so I went and complained. I was told, sorry, nothing we can do. I told her it tasted terrible and they wouldn't let me change it for something that didn't taste terrible. We actually had to throw out the entire dish and order from somewhere else, and the people at Thai Express couldn't care less. I have been to other Thai Express locations and have had good experiences. I however will never go back to this location."

"Food was without flavour. Worst pineapple chicken rice ever. Paid over $31 for two orders with 4 extra shrimp Washroom disgusting. Bad bad odors coming from plumbing. Plumbing not working properly. Employees not at front counter. Not sure what they were doing in the back."

"GREAT HIDDEN GEM!! Cute spot in Streetsville. You walk in and it looks like a formal restaurant with white linens but it's super casual. Great service and food. <br/>Ordered the pad Thai ped and red curry with coconut rice. Fantastic and would totally recommend this place for great Thai food."

"Was in the area, had a craving for good Tai food. This place did not disappoint. Inside is simple and clean. I did not stay, took out. Ordered Chicken Pad Sew Ewe. Enjoyed it. This dish is one of my favorite in Tai cuisine. Theirs is on the dryer side, not as much sauce, which is perfectly good. They offer mild, medium and spicy. Medium was great and had enough heat for me. Good portion of chicken was a good surprise. Will definitely come back to try other dishes. Hope they keep me happy with my food choices."

"This restaurant went from being really good to average over time. The counter bar' has paper work all over. The bottles are very dusty on their bar. You have to wonder about the kitchen. There is new staff but their English isn't very good and...makes it very difficult to order. Overall if you order the right dish you will have a great meal."
