"Food was pretty good in quality but the wait was long. Extremely loud, couldnt have general conversation with the person across from me. Manager made a round and said hello. Service otherwise was slow and subpar. Price was expensive. Kids chicken tenders, a basic fried catfish platter, and a shrimp poboy was $63. Nothing spectacular."

"The mahi was extremely overcooked and dry. The mussels were delicious; however, 7 of them were not opened, and were thoughtlessly served anyway. The waitress never cleared our dishes when we were through. The coconut rice was extremely sweet...not good. Overall, not a good experience."

"The catfish was overdone and dry and the sauce it came with was broken and I ended up draining off all the fat from it in the trash. The side of vegetables that I ordered where horribly over cooked looked like they had been made the day before and reheated multiple times. Not there best work but my other experiences at this location have been positive so Ill be back ."

"Amazing that they’re “temporary closed for renovations” but they haven’t had trash or dumpster service for over two months. Seems like if you were renovating people would be inside working, and you’d need a dumpster. This place is permanently closed. I’m not buying the temporarily closed shenanigans. Update: The grass and weeds at this place are so high it’s a neighborhood eyesore. Apparently they quit landscaping as well. Also there is a homeless guy that now lives on their porch."

"Shelby is everything you want in a server and more: kind, helpful, you name it. The food is incredible. I highly recommend their Mac and cheese egg rolls and grilled cheese with tomato basil soup. My husband had their meatloaf sandwich and raved about how good it was. Come here!!!"
