"Reasonable price for the theatre district where everything is in the regular so expensive. Eating was good, and service was pleasant, but minimal. server have disappeared and could not be found. we would have ordered dessert if someone had been willing to take our order, and we had to ask a busser for our check."

"I come here once every week or 2 weeks with my friend for a drink and the best Truffle Fries and Fried Calamari. I would order Ivy Martini for myself and my friend likes the Sparkling Rose. Most staff are really nice...one female staff did bother a bit too much. She kept coming back with bad jokes and commenting on what we ordered. We left early that day, wished we had ask for a new wait staff that day!"

"Extremely rude, confrontational and aggressive barmaid who I think was the Manager. It’s really interesting how on one of the photos on the google review site, there is a written sign displayed in the bar that “Grouchy people will be charged $10”. I think this plays to my point it’s actually this one member of staff who likes to cause arguments, not the customers! I have never, ever, been verbally attacked EVER for only asking for my wine to be changed to the wine I had previously, to then the barmaid coming back over to the table with attitude saying ‘can we be adults’. That is such poor customer service, you do not do that, I only wanted my wine changing because it was the wrong one and asked politely. Her colleague made a mistake with the wine order, just admit it, don’t start being aggressive with the customers. Very poor service, you should be ashamed and embarrassed the way you carried on."
