"Sommerfest and Oktoberfest have grown to be FANTASTIC over the many years I've been attending. Many vendors, shorter lines, plenty of port-o-potties. The band that play are always excellent. Very good food and beer selection, and Swissbakers pretzels. Burger stand for the kids. Always excellent pastries sold by BSV. Potato pancake line is shorter by far than it used to be. A few cider, hard seltzer, wine, and German liquor options also. Activities for the kids... great covered festival so its manageable even when rainy. Well worth the entry fee and paying for everything individually. I have never had to use the shuttle for parking, I arrive at 12pm when it opens and always get a spot in the lot. Really wonderful ambience for those of us who miss Deutschland, whether German or served overseas. Thank you for providing this amazing event twice each year."

"Tante, my friend dutch, and I'm here on Friday morning. the place was busy. (always a good sign) relatiw smaller place, but the plates were not. in no case small. tante has made her favorite banana fresh toast, Dutch hatch and egg, and I had a hash omlete. I was delicious. I can't speak for the others. but by looking at their empty plates, their was also delish. a very pleasant experience!"
