"We go to this pub a lot and it’s always lovely. All the staff including Heather, contrary to another recent review that reads like a very thinly veiled personal attack have always been really friendly in our opinion. Always a pleasant evening and a good selection of beers that even keeps my husband happy! (Can really recommend the pizza too, and it’s 2 for 1 on Tuesdays)"

"Just wanna say what a lovely pub this is in a lovely area. Came in on the off chance as was visiting friends. I came in the afternoon and it wasn't that busy but it was a lovely pub. We had 2 lovely meals and...was served by Paul. The food came out in a good time and was served pleasently by the male chef. I didn't get his name but he seemed very happy and helpful and very friendly. It's not everyday you get the chef bringing the food to your table. That shows that everyone is a team player and will go out there way to help run a smooth service. I'l definitely be back without a doubt. Keep doin what your doing."

"Good eating and the place it is so cozy, they have beautifully designed rooms with comfortable sofas and seating. directly in the city center, next to hilton. they also have a beautiful therase outside where they can enjoy the city center, but the intention is nothing special. if they stay in hilton, it is very convenient to have a meal here."
