"We have always had a good experience here, but for some reason today they couldn’t get our order correct. We ordered a patty melt with onion rings, fish filets, with fries and a burger with onion rings pretty easy right? So we get the patty melt with fries a fish sandwich with fries and a burger with onion rings. Now I live about 5-10 miles from the restaurant and they want me to come back with the receipt to replace the meal and then they hang up on me. Awesome customer"

"The server (I think her name was clara) could not be done quickly enough with my order. I wasn't welcome there, so I probably won't be back long. she always tried to finish after each ingredient order and I was tired enough of her folding and unfolded my sandwich that I told her that it was done. she was also rude to her co-worker because she just threw over him after my sandwich to wrap herself."
