"By far, most incredible Vegan restaurant I’ve dined at to date. My dear friend who I was visiting here in Las Vegas is not Vegan like myself, but volunteered returning the second day because he enjoyed it so much. We had the Hangover fries as an appetizer, they were delicious. Also, pictured below we had the King burger and Lobster Melt. We also had an Oreo shake, which might I add was a huge bonus to me because I haven’t had a shake in years, even looking at a shake would make my stomach ache. The food was pleasurable, however the service was the highlight of the visit and essentially what I believe brought us back the next day. Abby was attentive, communicative, thoughtful and guided us genuinely through the menu and elevated our overall experience. Such a genuine person with character that emanates through her service. She’s a gift to this establishment!! Thank you, The Modern Vegan! Top notch!!"

"February 26, 2022 Pop ups (8): Araujo's Plant Powered, ERB's Vegan Kitchen, Las Vegans Latin Fusion, Off The Vine, Prone to Plants, Tacotarian, The Dapper Doughnut, Yaqui Zen Kitchen This was the second month of this new event, and it is well received. Good turnout with plenty of customers to go around for the food vendors, as well as live music and artisan vendors. Four of the pop ups specialize in vegan Mexican food, which made this a great place for plant based street tacos. Some of the other pop ups also served tacos. The entire event took place in the parking lot of Burlington clothing store, which lacked shade trees. Limited tables and chairs were provided to eat food, but not enough for the amount of customers. Therefore, I recommend bringing a portable seat and sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen). "So good, 10/10. I'm not vegan, but I have a milk allergy, so it's perfect. the atmosphere is beautiful and family-friendly, and the ice itself is really good. there is a lot to try different cones, sunshades and shake. try it!"

"I wanted to love this place. I 'm always looking for tasty vegan/ pescatarian food so had to try this. Let me break it down like this:Decor: very 70 's having a party on a small budget. Nothing wrong with that but not in a restaurant. Service: very sweet ladies but they spend a lot of time in the back while customers wait at the front for someone to seat themFood: this is what REALLY matters! My mushroom enchiladas came out in literally 2 minutes.. nothing was hot and the vegan cheese was just sprinkled on top not even trying to melt it. Now, I cook with vegan cheese a lot at home. It melts, it has flavor, especially when you spice your dish appropriately! So, this just showed no effort, not an attempt all. Overall, sad... I want them to be successful and I think a few adjustments they can do this."
