"Sun, 15. May 2022 Place: Paramus, NJ Hostess never saw us in the eyes. She never said hello or welcome to Red Robin's, etc. She was dressed as if she went to a dance club. We sat confusing for them, although the restaurant was less than 25% full. My wife and I looked at the menus, decided what we wanted within 2 minutes and was never greeted by any waiting staff. Several went past us, took other orders, but after 15 minutes we ignored enough. One of the coldest employees we have ever experienced with zero greeting and zero recognition. TERRIBLE! Who's doing this? Or is there any administration?"
