"As a party of four adults and one baby we tried to have lunch today outside but were declined by a rude waitress backed up by an insane manager who didn't know his arse from his elbow. They claimed face masks were legally required to...eat outside and visit the toilets etc. Despite numerous exemptions being legally permissible. The manager requested Doctors notes for exemptions which the legislation does not permit. No accommodation was possible with such an ignorant attitude so we decided to leave. A little bit of power gone to a managers head. Anyway they lost out on at least a of business which was greatly appreciated by a professional local competitor. Never ever again."
