"Once upon a time there was ample parking and it was very easy to find. The construction of a new building next to the Hub Coffee Rooster takes away from the atmosphere of what it was at one time. It does not take away from their products, with very good coffee. I would recommend a better location. After circling the block several times, my wife got out of the car to fetch our coffee and eats."

"Been coming here post-Pandemic to play Mah Jongg with a group of 12. We order breakfast and lunch limited options .. this is not a full scale restaurant). Since we've started another group comes to play as well. The owners Pete Wayne have made us very welcome and have gone out of there way to meet our needs. Our games takes up the table, so they've ordered extra side tables to hold our personal items and drinks l They bring down the shades to help block the sun from our game boards They are just nice people. Coffee and beverages are great. They make us lunch again limited options .. but again they've gone out of there way to get items they can serve and that we would like)and bring it to a separate table"

"Outstanding espresso shots. Rich and fresh tasting with thick dark crema. Friendly spot with easy parking. If I was being picky, I'd take off half a star for limited breakfast options, but the espresso is so fine I can't bring myself to do it."

"I tried Sips twice. The first time, I got a peach smoothie with protein. It was delicious and filling. I would happily get a smoothie there again. The other time, I got one of their chocolate brownies, which was topped and filled with chocolate chips. It was huge but so very flavorful!"
