"My partner and I recently had our engagement at Bowerbird Bar and it was perfect! We had an exclusive event with about 50 people and the space worked so well! It's a great venue and the selection of gin, beers and wines was fantastic. Everyone raved about the food and it was all spaced out well. Max made planning this event so much easier and was spot on with all his advice. Additionally, him and his team were absolute legends on the night and were so accomodating. My partner and I were both so thrilled with how seamless the whole night was and highly recommend Bowerbird. Thanks guys! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Yo Zomato, 120 for 2 people my ass LOL! Approx 250 for 2 people including 1~2 drinks each. Their tapas is amazing. Mains are also pretty nice. Perfect for a date night. Service was not really so attentive but also not too ignoring.. but not really up to the price you are paying for. But would definitely come back to try other dishes. I want to give 4.5 exactly bit giving 5 becoz I want to come back for other menu!"

"Haven't been to this place for a very long time. Chapel st is not a place that draws me in.We visited during the week for dinner and it was relatively quiet with only one waitress. Service was fast and the food was very nice, some dishes a little salty but overall very good. We chose to share the 1/2 meals including the prawns, mussels and salt and pepper squid. Rounded it out with the spicy chicken wings. Churros for dessert was a nice way to finish.Wife was drinking virgin sangria which she liked a lot, I had the beer, I think it was Estrella and on tap. Not so nice and stopped after a pint.Overall it was very good and we hope to return to try the paella"
