"Awful. Server was okay. Nice enough, but needs more training. Considering we order through out own devices now, maybe BWW is trying to be rid of servers. Of the 5 of us, 3 orders came out in about 25 minutes, 1 took 35 minutes, and one never came. Even asking the server to check several times. He seemed very overwhelmed. We ask to speak to management. He was a red head, who seemed more interested in flirting with the girls up front. Shirt half tucked, seemed annoyed to even be there. Not an apology, just asked what was missing. After AN HOUR, wings finally came out. Server assured us that portion of the check would be comped. Had to wait ANOTHER 20 MINUTES for manager to mosey to computer to take care of this. We will never go back. Trolly Wing Company 1000% better."

"Now I remember why I've not been to an IHOP for about a year now. Especially this location. It took about 15 minutes to just get drinks for three. And almost 40 minutes to get our food. Seems like the food is more generic than before. Overpriced, slow service, no ice in our drinks and had to ask for straws."

"The chicken fried steak was lukewarm. ribeye was hard and overcooked. all the food was dirty. a small salt goes far. it was as if they buried the inferiority of the people who are on a non-sodium diet. they feel free to season the food. if someone has a high blood pressure and does not have to have salt, that is their responsibility to say the waitress so that food can bland for them. even if they serve their pancakes with margarine, they bring it on the side. many people do not like this hydrogenated junker. Give someone the opportunity to have real butter. the only thing they did right was the fried eggs."
