"Although being extremely busy the staff managed to find us a table outside in the sun. The views of Mont Blanc are priceless. Service was prompt without being rushed and the food was first class. Not the cheapest place for a quick bite to eat but the quality of the food more than makes up the costs."

"La Credence has been a favourite for many years. The hosts are exceedingly welcoming despite my poor French.The rooms are decked with memorabilia of farming and skiing...plus Monsieur judo trophies.But it is dominated by the huge open fire which is used for the best and most traditional raclette you will find anywhere! There is a menu...but why bother when the raclette and the brasserade are so delicious every time? Our generally preferred dessert is the Colonel which is simply sorbet generously covered in vodka!But this is not all this unique place has to offer...Monsieur will invite you into the cow byre. Never former, all is well. You enter and see such a highly polished ancient wooden floor that gently reflects the soft lighting. Seats and the original stalls...still with the cows names carved above are around the room with a bar at one end...and then the music begins. .. !!!I cannot convey how wonderful this place is!"
