"We ate here twice during our stay in Salta, the first was after a long flight where we needed some food before heading to bed. Service was excellent and the food delicious. Second time was at lunch time on our way back into town after...a long morning exploring. This time service was not as good but food just as delicious."

"I went to the restaurant several times. Unfortunately, the place and the service was falling a little more and more, but as I ate, I kept going. The hump was the last time, when I asked for a chadronnay and by mistake they brought me a Sweet Wine. Instead of recognizing the error they told me it was “the most resemblance they had.” You don't have to be very well known to know that this is two totally different styles of wine. So, in addition to pretending silly, I had to take the sweet wine during dinner, because at no time they gave me the option to change it. It was a: “it’s what’s there.” Too bad. The truth is that the 8 potato squares that sell them at the price of a seafood dish are no longer worth this level of service."

"My hotel is around the corner from El Charrua on Caseros. I ate here the past four nights in a row. I tried the Ojo de Bife, the Chorizo de Bife, the Filet and the Asado de Tire. Everything was excellent. My favorite was the Chorizo de Bife. All of the staff are very good and I had great advice from Gustavo regarding the cuts of beef and the wine selection."

"Muchos platos son muy abundantes como para compartir (pamplonas por ejemplo) y a precios muy accesibles. En general hay lugar, pero si no quieren esperar vayan temprano. Mozos muy atentos."

"As other reviewers have commented, this hotel restaurant is open on a Sunday evening and is therefore a very useful venue. Having said that, you can also eat at PM here, which is almost unheard of in the rest of Salta, and the food...is very good indeed. We were served within of an hour of ordering and the waiters were efficient and friendly. In fact we hadf the best meal here we've had thus far in Salta and I would urge readers not to be prejudiced against this restaurant just because it is in a hotel. The prices were very reasonable too and the wine by the glass good quality."

"I love this hotel. Excellent location and staff attention is impeccable. The beds and the room very comfortable. I don't put 5 stars because breakfast leaves a bit to be desired and the coffee is awful both at breakfast and the one you order at the bar."

"From London England with a journey of many many hours I know when my husband was looking for hotels to surprise me for our honeymoon he looked predominately at trip advisor and the reviews of others who had experienced the amenities recently. So if you are like him this sneakily quick review is just a taster whilst I take a break from our private pool until I get back to rainy England to submit our proper review. -customer service exceptional, everyone says hello I love it being in customer service trade myself this is so important to me-everyone so helpful-private villas -private- enough said. -beach, wow! -breakfast , yummy. Now I'm going to enjoy my jacuzzi bath whilst my husband takes a shower....outside :)"

"This place was a little tricky to find, there's no significant signage, but it was worth the search! We arrived around 8.30, early by local standards, and we were the first to be seated for the night. The food way exceeded any expectations, the type and quality I would have expected from a high end restaurant back home for 1/10th of the price! Service was excellent. I would almost return to Salta just to eat here again!"
