"We've always been big fans of Einsteins but this location is in desperate need of help. At 10 am they had no coffee (none brewing either), no milk or cream, no ice, the floors, counters and eating area were filthy and they had about a dozen bagels left (in total). Staff was apologetic and clearly overwhelmed. Multiple people walked out as we waited about 20 mins for our two bagels. Franchisees and/or Management should be on-site providing support in these types of situations."

"What a great place for brunch! We were in town for a birthday and were looking for a good brunch spot. This was well reviewed so we checked it out! I had my parents with me who are older and they don?t always like these newer style ?brunch? restaurants? but they LOVED Morning Squeeze. We were able to make a reservation and they seated us early. The service was great and friendly! We had a few different people check in on us which was nice. I had the bagels sandwich and fruit. It was great! Dad had pancakes and bacon which he enjoyed. Mom had eggs Benedict and she said it was the best she had in awhile! We would come back!"

"The food was great. It was one of the best omelets I had in the bigger Phoenix area. The fried chicken was also good. I liked the side potatoes and the fruit kewer. It was a refreshing way to finish your brunch. The dishes were not too heavy or greasy, and the portion size was good. There was a considerable outdoor seating that would be nice if it was warmer. Casual atmosphere and a bit loud inside. The only reason for four stars is because I was given a coffee cup with a lipstick stain on it. It's obvious, because I know she wasn't washing well in the plate wash, but it would have been better. The staff was friendly. You will get a two-hour parking validation for the Cityscape garage you should drive there."
