"Yummy Filipinx-owned place! kare kare was today's Filipino Fridays special, and it was amazing. the beef was tender, the peanut sauce was perfect, and the caesar salad balanced it out well. I'm not a fan of brown rice, which was the base, but the overall dish was still enjoyable! we also got the pork katsu piroshki and garlic beef asado piroshki. really moist pastry bread! note: they no longer serve italian soda "

"This is so authentic place! Reminded me my childhood food!!!! I was in the area at some medical building near by and decided to stop by. This time they had my favorite salmon cream cheese! Absolutely delicious!!! I ask if napoleon was fresh and lady assured me it’s very fresh and good they bake everything there daily!!! Dang, this cake was like in my childhood so fresh and yummy!!! This location is much better that we used to have on 3rd and also pike market they don’t have lunch special or cakes) also that one always full of tourists. Last time I went there salmon piroshky had so little filling in it. This place on Madison it’s much much better than pike place! I live on 2nd and pine and I am willing to go all the way uphill for this nice food!!! Спасибо, за вкусную еду!!!!"
