"We initially came here because we looked online and saw that it was dog friendly. So we visited when camping nearby and spent a lovely evening at the dolphin. The drinks are v reasonably priced, the bar staff so attentive, the atmosphere was lovely and our dog was made very welcome! We ordered some food and though the kitchen was busy, when the food came it was absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend this pub, the staff really made us feel welcome and we will definitely be back!"

"Eat was nice, well cooked, and I guess I said what they were not on stock before ordering, but when my partner ordered a meal with meat dripping gravy and came with chicken engraving we had to request the right engraving as per menu. they have changed it for us, but this is the only reason I have not given 5 stars."

"Visited on a Sunday. was greeted at the door by a friendly and welcoming waitress who has provided us a table and menus. after a suitable time we were asked for our orders. the food came fast and was of a good standard. we also had desserts that arrived after just a short waiting period. our table has always been immediately clarified and at any time the employees were responsive and friendly. there are background music, but this is on the right level and not in vain loud. a good place to visit a relaxing meal."

"Had a really delicious street style burrito with red wine. at the risk of sounding kelly, eating was hot and fresh from the kitchen. asked the starter to come with the head and they had taken up. it wasn't like we were kicking out, even though they weren't so busy on Saturday afternoon. good experience overall and I also got my student discount probably coming back here, but it's a little out of town, so maybe not so soon."

"So a beautiful place along the river and even better on a sunny day! with plenty outside seat, with option to book what I would recommend on a hot day, this room is a joy to spend a afternoon. the personal here is alive, enthusiastic and polite. reasonable price in consideration of the situation £11.70 for a pint and a gin. eating here is brilliant and would highly recommend"
