"I eat at these five youngs about once a month. I command the app and go to pick up. at the arrival they announce the cooks that I am there for my pick-up, and they make sure that my riders are made fresh every time at my arrival. I eat gf and the burgers can be made in an salad pack that I always find crunchy and fresh. always delicious and always appreciate the fast and attentive service! if I could give 10 stars, I would."

"My kids won free cones for reading in school. We choose this Dairy Queen because it was recommended by a friend. When we ordered the cones they acted like it was an inconvenience when we pulled up to the window as you can see in the pictures those are the cones we received when I asked if that's what a small cone truly looks like and if they had taken the classes that Dairy Queen employees are supposed to take as a former Dairy Queen employee myself quit taking classeson how to properly make a Dairy Queen cone the manager went back and said that is not a proper cone as you can see in another photo they're the manager went and made the all chocolate cone and he calls that the Dairy Queen cone I'm verydisappointed in Dairy Queen and he was very rude and acted like it was an inconvenience for them to even have to make the cones."

"Had to change my review, again.Placed online order. Waited the 20 plus minutes and went to get it. Not their fault, but a SWAT issue forced them to close early. No phone call, no email, zero contact; saying my order couldn't be completed. As of right now, I'm out a lot of money and very hungry.Went to another location and found out this location charges more on items. I'm thinking we're done with this nonsense."

"I have been a regular customer of Schwan's for many year and we buy about $200 a month food from them. I have a complaint about their communication with their customers. This is the second time when our order was not delivered on the day it was suppose to be delivered. Our daughter was waiting for the order because they were leaving for camping. Well it never came. I would think that any company would have communicated with their customer to let them know they were not delivering on the day it was suppose to be. Gee our trash collector always notifies us if they are not coming for pickup on the day. Then you call the company and it says you have a wait until 25 minutes and its a hour and a half wait for them to pick up your call. Truly disgusted with your respect for your customers.
