"I found the food very good. The ordering system is actually quite good once you work out how to use it properly. Perhaps some clearer instructions would help make it more obvious. I think that’s going to become more common as places cut costs if they can make ordering systems like this more streamlined. Not sure what you are supposed to do for tips now as the wait staff are just bringing plates and removing them later and not really doing any “service”. If the place was organized too have the kitchen bring plates near the table I’d have been happy to complete the last few feet myself and save 20%. The robot future is almost upon us, and it’s a good thing!"

"I get Alfredo at least twice a month. The chicken pasta dishes are absolutely perfect! You can't compare prices and the size is always enough for at least two meals. While I almost always go with the chicken dishes (especially the Chix Venician), my friend loves the chicken parm sub, and we both had the steak tips as dinner and in salads. My Bf turned me to Alfredos in Medford over 10 years ago and I can honestly say that we are always not only satisfied but impressed! MaryAnn John"

"Wow, really huge and delicious portions are served here. We had the Rosee Pasta, Chicken Parm w/ zitti and a small cheese Calzone and everything was delicious. Probably enough for 5-6 people. Service was friendly and fast. Come on!"

"My husband and I went for dinner at on a Friday before going to a comedy show. We were literally the only ppl in the restaurant so the only table that our waiter had. We ordered glasses of wine, my husband got filet (ordered it medium, it was served rare). I ordered a Caesar and the appetizer lobster raviolis. Everything was extremely salty. After we were served our food, we didn’t see our waiter fir a very long time. I sat with an empty wine glass for at least min. Very disappointed. We finally paid and went over and sat at the bar to have some more drinks. Bar service was great! Very attentive and delicious martinis!"
