"It took far too long for me to get around to trying Gailey's, and once I did, I immediately realized what a huge mistake I'd been making."

"Did the order on app and when I got there to pick up my food all the doors where locked. None of them would even l[k at me to tell me what to do since the doors where locked. I decided to go through the drive thru and get my food. They acted like I wasnot allowed to get my food from the drive thru. I did get my food buy it was a real pain in the bottom to do so."

"I went here because a friend of mine works here, but discovered that he was not just hyping the food. It is masterfully done. I had the wang chung which is Korean BBQ w homemade Kimchee and scallion aioli. What a good sandwich! I am upset I didn't order 3 for myself, not because of the portion size, but because I want to stuff 2 more in my gullet. If the French dip denounced its namesake country and repatriated to Seoul, it would be this sandwich.. the Korean dip. Even the house-made bread was a deliberate and wonderful choice: enough tooth to hold up to the juices and sauce but not so much that you had to fight it and inevitably squeeze the fillings out of the sandwich. Definitely wanna try my way through the menu. Kudos to Slamwich!"

"If I could give a negative rating I would. Drive thru girl was extremely rude. Telling me my messed up order wasn't her problem Manager Layla didn't apologize one bit. Made me re-pay for the extra toppings her staff didn't put on my order after telling me her boss just called yelling at her about the drive thru line and was more worried about getting me to pull up and out of the way after I had already waited in the extremely long line. Filed a complaint with Corp. Got a generic email about how the owner of the franchise would reach out to me. Almost a week later and nothing. Don't waste your time. They cannot get a simple order right and you'll be waiting for forever for it. Take your money to Chick-fil-A."

"They have (free) bagels for pups!! Love that, my dogs didn’t but I like the idea! A little wonder some as to why the dining room is closed still…? Food is alright, I’ll be honest, high calories!! 1000 calories for a breakfast burrito phew!!! Can get about the same for cheaper at sonics!"

"I’ve been here twice, once for breakfast, and once for lunch. The food has been absolutely delicious both times, and the staff was accommodating when I asked for a couple substitutions. The second time I went, everyone was polite, but the way the some of the employees spoke to me made me feel like an inconvenience. Also, I was given kalamata olives on my mandarin salad instead of mandarin oranges, so that was a fun surprise, lol. However, I understand that I went during the busy lunch hour and that I asked for some substitutions, so I didn’t take it too personally. I’ll go back again :"

"I heard of this place when I Googled 'coffee near me ' while I was in the Springfield area. Since I got rid of my car some time ago, I walked to the locale, unaware it was basically a tiny shack that only does drive through. But in spite of that, I waited in a small line of cars while I myself was the only one on foot. They 're able to serve on both sides of the Shack, which is nice. Now, being a coffee aficionado myself, I know a thing or two about coffee, from steaming the milk properly, to proper grind size, proper extraction of espresso, etc... I also roast my own coffee when I 'm home. The smells were what I 'd expect from a coffee joint, delicious roast notes that fill the air with delight and remind me that waking up at 7am is indeed worth it if I can get my hands on some espresso. I went rather plain Jane and ordered two regular lattes, one hot and one iced. The hot latte was definitely the star. The steamed milk gave the subtle sweetness typical of a latte, while the espresso was smooth and had cocoa and nutty undertones. The espresso should not be sour, nor overly acidic, and I 'm pleased to say that it was not, so I 'd definitely vouch for the quality of the espresso and espresso based drinks this place offers. The cold latte gets the job done, but cold espresso drinks inherently are more muted in their flavor profile, and as such, I ordered it only because I like something to sip on throughout the day. It was nothing spectacular, but that 's not on them. It 's just how espresso works when it 's cold. In any case, they 're much better than Dunkin and also better than Starbucks, so if in the area, give em a visit. If you 're a true lover of coffee. You won 't regret it."
