"Horrendous rude service. Received a wrong item so I informed them, then I received the wrong order again. Received a disgustingly rude phone call shouting at me and I was accused of being a liar and a thief. I was also told I was never allowed to order from here again. Very disappointing as I was a regular customer before this and even if I was allowed to order from here again I would never ever give my money to a business that talks and treats regular customers like that. Absolutely disgraceful."

"Visited Genos this evening on the way home from the match, I was listening to my music and texting at the the time, I took out my earphones and asked for large kebab and chips, they asked if I wanted it together, I said yes...since I’m walking home, I gets home to find “small donner meat and chips” this isn’t the first time this has happened, I should of remembered, my fault for not checking, beware!!!!! They obviously knew I was distracted with my phone at the time...... not happy!"

"Just ordered a take away. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Food over cooked and tasteless. Seafood pizza approximately 10 very small prawns and zero taste or evidence of tuna. Staters ordered were just about burnt hard and again tasteless with a poor effort of salad provided. I used to think the food here was good. Not used them for a year or so and will be giving em a miss in future. On a positive note delivery was prompt from a pleasant driver. What has happened to this establishment?"
