"The delivery side of this company is horrendous after waiting nearly two hours of putting a order in I decided to ring up to see where food was (I only live 5 mins away) I was told it was bagged up and put under a heater waiting to get delivered and would be 10 minutes. Again no food arrived I rang up to be told it was still waiting to go out for delivery so this would make it that I know of at least 20mins of bagged up food not going anywhere leading to cold food. In the end I had to cancel order my only mistake is not checking previous reviews on just eat app before ordering. As clearly plenty of people are having the same problems late delivery and cold food. I won't be ordering again......"

"This chippy looks nice and clean but the service was very poor. Customers don't want to wait until staff have finished talking before being served, this is supposed to be the fast food industry! The chips were ok the fish undercooked. I won't be going back"

"The food here is delicious. However we rang yesterday to check it was open New Year’s Eve and were told yes. Last orders 6.45 closed 7pm. We arrived early at 5.50 to be told they were closing! A gentleman behind us asked for an extra large haddock to raised eyebrows and a frown from the server! He said, I came in earlier to check you were open. Server responded with” we have been quiet all day!” Very disappointed that such lovely food was spoilt by the server. More disappointed for the people who came in after 6 pm hoping for a nice supper. Get your timings sorted and stick to them!"
