"I got a shawarma wrap it had big pieces of bones so I had to throw it in the garbage. The meat was dirty smelled so bad. The worst customer service. The worst experience I ever had in my life. I cant believe they are still open. The food is disgusting.I got really sick from couple of bites."

"I was having lunch with my wife on January 29, 2016 and when we were served our lunch, my wife noticed after couple of bytes a long hair attached to a piece of fluff in her food. She reported it to the server, and my wife was offered another new plate, which she accepted.Then it was my turn ... and usually, I do't pay too much attention to my served food, and when the plate was almost empty, I couldn't help but notice a black short hair on my own plate. Called the server again. This time one of the owners came, apologized and offered a zero bill. I said, I'll think about it, she went and came back with a pizza coupon, and said until you think about. So far it was not a pleasant experience, but it was civilized. We expressed our surprise to have hair in both plates at the same time. Few minutes later, both owners cam back from the kitchen holding in a napkin the long piece of hair with the piece of fluff and said, it looks like the fluff is from my wife's sweater.We were both shocked by how these two Restaurant Owners are suggesting the fluff came from my wife's sweater, and implying it was not their issue. We got upset and we said this will be reported to Health Canada to investigate. They pulled from the table the untouched envelope / coupon.We were asked to leave the premises, to which I replied I would with no return as soon as I get the owner's contact info for reporting the incident. This incident was reported to Health Canada and immediately, an Officer from Health Canada was on his way to investigate."
