"Wir hatten zwei Gutscheine für Burger und Nachos bei Schwaben-Deal gekauft und waren mit Freunden zusammen im Eumel. Die Reservierung hat gut geklappt, man war freundlich und als wir anriefen, um mitzuteilen, dass wir uns etwas verspäten war das auch kein Problem. Irritiert waren wir, als wir die Sitzgelegenheiten sahen, um zu essen, Clubsessel und Hocker an einem relativ kleinen niedrigen Tisch. Unangenehm war die verrauchte Luft, weil die abgetrennte Raucher-Lounge nicht so abgetrennt war, dass man ohne den Zigarettengestank im Nichtraucher-Bereich sitzen konnte. Die Klamotten stanken noch am nächsten Tag unangenehm nach Rauch. Die Getränke kamen, wir unterhielten uns in Vorfreude auf das Essen. Dann kamen die Nachos mit 4 Saucen. Eine Schüssel mit ziemlich verkrümelten Nacho-Teilen - hatten wir uns besser vorgestellt, v.a. auch schon häufig besser präsentiert, mit Käse überbacken z.B. serviert bekommen. Dann kamen die Burger auf schwarzen überdimensionierten Tellern, die die mangelnde Größe des Burgers noch verdeutlicht haben. Die Deko mit gefriergetrocknetem Schnittlauch hat die fettverschmierten (schlecht verwischt) schwarzen Teller mit unzähligen Fingerdappern nicht gerettet, das war grenzwertig. Der Burger war ein Convenience-Baukasten, konnte man essen, war nichts besonderes und die Jungs hatten immer noch Hunger (trotz Nachos). Der Rauch und die unbequemen Sitzmöbel haben uns dann auch dazu veranlasst möglichst schnell die Location zu wechseln. Schade, aber wir können den Eumel nicht empfehlen und werden auch nicht wieder kommen."
