"You could and should give this place a wide berth. the turkish coffee house dead opposite is so much better, friendly and the coffee is pretty good too. for each helpful member of staff in this starbucks there is a grumpy one. not a bad day type of grump but permanent, everyday. the other thing that gets me: why is it at starbucks places around europe that the outside tables look like they have not been cleaned for the last twelve months or longer? really messy and uninviting despite the fact it is a good space."

"“NOT A SPECIALITY COFFEE” I have never thought I will write such comment but this café shop deserves it I want to start with the services, it’s very bad and we have been treated very rude from some of the workers. nobody apologized for keeping us waiting for more than 15 minutes to get our coffee although shop was quite empty we have to wait for 15 minutes “ 10 minutes to order then another five minutes to get our coffee” when I tried to ask for service, the blonde lady replied with face full with anger “ wait and we will come to you sooner the end was not happy with the soon” At the end I was not happy with a service or the quality and with everything I will never come back again and recommend everybody not to go until they change their quality"
